At WebGo (https://webgo.cl) we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you interact with our services:
- Account information: Name, email address, password (encrypted)
- Business information: Business name, website type, business sector, business description
- Website content: Text, images, products, prices, and configurations you create on your website
- Payment information: Processed directly by Stripe and/or MercadoPago. WebGo does not store credit card data
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, site interactions
- Integration data: When you connect third-party services (see section 3)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create, host, and manage your website
- Generate content using artificial intelligence based on your business information
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send notifications about your account and service
- Improve our products and services
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Google API Services User Data Usage
WebGo offers integration with Google Calendar so that users can manage appointments from their website. When you connect your Google account, we access:
- Calendar list: So you can select which calendar to use for scheduling appointments from your clients
- Availability (FreeBusy): We query the busy times of your selected calendars to show only available time slots to your website visitors
- Event creation: We create events in your calendar when a client books an appointment, optionally including a Google Meet link
Token Storage and Protection
Google access and refresh tokens are stored securely in Firebase Firestore, encrypted in transit and at rest. These tokens are used exclusively to:
- Query your calendar availability
- Create appointment events on your behalf
- Automatically refresh access when the token expires
What We Do NOT Do With Your Google Data
- We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google data to third parties
- We do not read the content of your existing events
- We do not use your Google data for advertising or marketing
- We do not store information from your events beyond what is necessary for the service
Revoking Access
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your website administration panel. When you disconnect:
- We revoke the access token with Google
- We delete all stored tokens from our servers
- The scheduling functionality is disabled until you reconnect
WebGo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Infrastructure providers: Firebase (Google Cloud), Vercel — to host and serve your website
- Payment processors: Stripe and MercadoPago — to manage plan charges and your store's customer payments
- AI services: OpenAI — to generate content for your website (text and images)
- Legal authorities: When required by law
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze site usage. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information: encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encryption at rest in Firebase, secure authentication with Firebase Auth, and access tokens with automatic expiration. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously work to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data and your account
- Revoke access to third-party integrations (Google Calendar) at any time
- Export your data
- Object to the processing of your data

8. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as you maintain an active account on WebGo. If you delete your account, your personal data and website content will be deleted within 30 days. Google tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect the integration.
